FAQs

Is my membership covered by my insurance?

No. Clients access our services an organization and their insurance is not involved. Others are “cash” clients who just pay directly using a credit card on file.

Does my healthcare assistant need to see me in person?

This all depends on (1) the state in which you live and (2) what support services you need. Some states require in-person visits and others have different requirements.

If you require additional medical support such as prescriptions, your state dictates what we can do for your. Your primary care professional may better assist you.
